Please note: The Mio Mare yachts are used as apartments and, upon request, may also be booked for exclusive excursions.

Prices: The stated prices apply to the rental of the Mio Mare yachts according to the specified number of guests and include taxes. In certain periods, the owner reserves the right to require a minimum stay.

The tourist tax amounts to €5.00 per person per night.

There is no discount for children. Please note that a holiday on board is recommended only for children aged approximately 10 years and older.

Deposit: A deposit of 100% of the total price is required.

Final cleaning: The standard final cleaning fee is €100.00 and must be paid together with the booking.

Booking: The booking becomes valid after receipt of the full payment (including final cleaning). A booking confirmation will then be issued.

Parking: No parking space within the marina is included in the price. Free parking is available outside the marina. If you wish to reserve a parking space inside the marina, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange a paid reservation for you.

Cancellation: For this exclusive holiday experience, no cancellation periods apply. The deposit is non-refundable. However, guests may be replaced by other persons or the booked period may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Any additional costs must be paid separately. Only the final cleaning fee will be refunded in case of cancellation. Requests for these exceptions must be submitted in writing to: redterram@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT: A manual is available on board in four languages. It contains all necessary information regarding the use of utilities (e.g., electricity, water, gas), onboard procedures, and proper conduct in exceptional situations (e.g., severe storms). Reading, understanding, acknowledging, and properly complying with these instructions form part of the General Terms and Conditions, which you accept when booking your stay on board the Mio Mare yachts.

Use of the indoor and outdoor areas of the Mio Mare, including electricity, water, and gas.

Fresh bed linen for stays longer than 7 nights.

Towel change every 3 nights.

Use of a tablet with TV access and Wi-Fi.

Additional towel change: €20 per person per set (including one large bath towel and one standard-size towel).

Additional bed linen change: €25 per person.

Additional cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas: €100.

On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 2:00 PM. We will accompany you on board and explain everything in detail.

On the day of departure, the Mio Mare must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

Together with our team, a final inspection will be carried out to check for any possible damages, and a short report will be prepared. If you plan to depart earlier, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.

Please remove your shoes as soon as you step on board. We are happy to provide slippers, and you are also welcome to walk barefoot. This helps keep the yacht clean.

Please note that both the interior and exterior areas are somewhat narrower than in a “regular” apartment; therefore, handrails and an exterior railing are installed throughout for your safety.

You may dispose of your waste in the containers provided at ACI Marina – for the sake of the environment and the sea.

In case of changing weather conditions / bora / rain, etc., sun loungers, the folding table, and seating must be stored in the designated storage areas.

Please always ensure that all windows and hatches are properly closed.

Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas.

We kindly ask you to treat all furnishings and equipment with care; as mentioned, these are lovingly restored “Ladies of the Sea,” and we wish to preserve them for many years to come.

Electricity is available throughout the living and sleeping areas.

The power supply must be unplugged when leaving the yacht.

At the pier, you may connect the water hose and use the fresh water provided there.

Fresh water for cooking is also available inside the yacht.

We kindly ask you to wash dishes in the marina’s sanitary facilities.

The gas in the kitchen must be opened before each use and closed again immediately afterwards.

While moored in the marina, the sanitary facilities on board may NOT be used.

You therefore have free access to the sanitary facilities at ACI Marina Umag.

Parents are fully responsible for their children; a holiday on board is recommended for children from approximately 10 years of age.

Pets are NOT permitted on board.
